IRE PROJECT

-      Nurturing through volunteerism

Dr. Jonathan Wosu, in collaboration with ASPIRE Beyond Borders, a 501c3 Non-profit organization, is thrilled to promote the life mission of the late vibrant and gregarious lady, Carolee Ngozi Wosu, MD.

In life, she was mission-oriented; her passion was serving underserved children and families. Dr. Wosu, in partnership with ASPIRE Beyond Borders, pledges to keep NGOGI’s legacy alive through the IRE Project.

Inspired by Ngozi, the IRE Project aims to assist the less fortunate quietly and selflessly. It focuses on celebrating through images and promotes resilience and a positive attitude in life. The project emphasizes nurturing children and avoiding manufacturing bitterness and anger based on assumptions. It encourages celebrating the success of others and supporting different cultures.

The IRE PROJECT is not a foundation: it will not be managed by a formal board of directors. It is intended to be part of the effort of a limited number of interested organizations that share NGOZI's values.

What Is THE Proposed Plan?

It is supporting selected nurturing organizations or individuals that share the values that defined Carolee Ngozi Wosu, MD life, both personally and professionally.

ASPIRE BEYOND BORDERS, a Non-profit 501c3 organization, unequivocally shares the values of the late Carolee Ngozi Wosu, MD., and proposes a doable and adaptable idea.   Readily deliverable to interested organizations, including virtual slide shows depicting landmarks, nature, etc., in gratitude for your donation to support ASPIRE BEYOND BORDERS, the cohost of events.

Your organization will manage presentations, chosen themes, and invitee lists.

HOW WILL IRE PROJECT OPERATE?

—CELEBRATION THROUGH IMAGES

Jonathan will use the inclusive medium of photography, a self-taught hobby, to "speak" quietly and directly about similarities that build bridges between all people despite cultural, gender, or religious differences.  Photography allows Jonathan to visualize and idealize without permission and to include and celebrate every subject equally as team members. Through his photos, we can see life in natural and artificial structures, magic in the ordinary, and humanity in the divine.

Jonathan has visited and photographed several hundred landmarks and cultural events in the United States, China, and Africa, with the primary mission of sharing common attributes frequently taken for granted.

Depicted images share the colors, shapes, and textures of subjects that have inspired him with their essence and entrusted him to share what he sees gracefully with others who share his values. Through the different points of light and structural landmarks, he considers life; through the faces of his fellow humans and fellow Planet Earth residents, he visualizes God's face.

The communicator's work and publication salute the numerous role models he effortlessly meets and honor the memory of those who have passed on, especially his youngest brother, Dr. Chinwe Wosu—physician, scholar, and human—his beloved daughter, Lady Carolee Ngozi Wosu, MD., and Grace Wosu, wife and mother.

“My” aim is not to teach the method that everyone ought to follow to conduct his reason well, but solely to reveal how I have tried to conduct my own.” - René Des”artes.
